Need help finding a thread/site of Freedom Phalanx redesigns.

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I remember seeing a thread (or possibly a separate website) that had a contest to redesign the Freedom Phalanx with different themes. It was pretty interesting to look through, but I can't for the life of me find it.
