8/19 ninja nerf?
They may have made your AE farm harder to... prevent you from farming.

I guess it's called "balance"? Maybe the dev doesn't want you to farm 3 groups at once in AE?
And where is the Stalker nerf that you talk about?
And you are right, since my Stalker can't farm 3 groups at once, I have no sympathy for your Brute.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
Block of text makes me think there is little credibility here.

Invincibility and the occasional popped purple inspiration are very nice utilities to have. No need to be so snarky, by the way. I'm just telling you I'm not experiencing any 'weakness' or change in my character's performance.

I don't know what you're trying to say is nerfed. Your Brute was nerfed? Or the farm you were using was nerfed?

Just got back from doing the same thing I mentioned earlier. No problems at all, man. I looked at the recent training room patch notes, and the only ones mention a fix to the tip system and various other bugs. No nerfs, no AE stuff. Besides, the patch today was like, what... 250k? Couldn't have been an AT modification.

This is strange then. Unless youre fully io'd and not relying on cooldowns I dont see how you would know what im talking about. If your just tanking 1 group at a time you prolly wont see a difference. I havent run into any lvl 38 brutes who could keep up on the farms i run, cause whos gonna slot expensive sets pre 50 anyways. All I know is I was tanking 3+ groups yestarday +3 even +4 with no cooldowns. maybe a small purp and orange here and there. And today me and 2 other decked out brutes saw a dramatic change. Really a fully io'd stoner was going down with 4 bosses on him.

And for the record, yeah, I'm IO'd out on my 38. I occasionally have to pop Dull Pain after a little while, but I'm not have any serious problems. The only time I ever need Unstoppable is for the recovery boost. I'm tanking two +2/x6 groups at once. I run through one, park in another, pop a purple of various size, and wait for the deflected hits to build my fury. Then I drop Lightning Rod, T-Strike, Chain Shock, and then whittle them down as normal, healing if I need to. I also, just for the fun of it, took my 41 Stone/NRG tanker in to the same farm as my Elec/Invul brute and pulled 3 groups. No problems... just sat there with Granite and Rooted, ticking away with mud pots.

There's a lot of variables to that. Do the mobs have -Defense? Any sort of debuffs? Do they have lots of hard-hitting attacks? How much damage do they have?

It would help to know what you are exactly fighting. Like Nalrok mentioned, defense debuffs can make a huge difference and even make these decked out Brutes go down like it was nothing.

Hm this is odd then. You have like 2-3 bosses per group on your map? Doent make since how 3 capped decked out 50 brutes would see a big diference today and you dont.

Samurai player-made NPCs
Powers: Super Strength (Tanker)/Regeneration (Scrapper)
Excepted powers: KO Blow, Moment of Glory, Instant Healing, Dull Pain, Integration
2 pulls:
3-5 Bosses (blue samurai)
4-8 Lieutenants (green samurai)
5-10 Minions (red samurai)
That's what's on me when I pull 2 groups. With Invincibility maxed, a fully-IO'd Tough Hide/Combat Jumping, and the +3% defense global IO, I tend to get hit very little as I rest comfortable at 36%-46% defense to all damage but Psi. Since I'm also Invul (with my passives and toggles slotted well) what DOES get through is generally cut anywhere from 50%-60%. When I pop a purple insp, only through streakbreaker do these guys bypass Invincibility.

Theres no notes for todays patch. I come back after 2 years and strip my nerfed usless stalker and build and awesome farming brute. 2 days of good farming in ae. Log in this am and see decked out stoners struggling with 4 bosses on them. I am ss/wp/mu, capped def and 60% res. Was tanking 2-3 groups no prob just yestarday. Now 3 decked out brutes are having trouble with 2 groups? Anyways. Id appreciate a heads up before they go nerfing stuff, or at the very least some patch notes. I spent the last 2 weeks stripping my nerfed stalker and building an awesome farming brute and get to enjoy it 2 days. I know its not the end of the world, but if i would have known I might have built something else.
