Well put.
I can get to it without issue - even redirected me to http://us.ncsoft.com/en/. Perhaps your ISP is having DNS issues? Or maybe it's the Euro site that isn't up?
Edit: nope, I can get to http://eu.ncsoft.com/en/ too.
Even if my ISP had DNS issues, i'm using OpenDNS nameservers.
Once i pop up my US proxy (yup, i have one), i can load the page without problems (only being redirected nonstop to the US site, but still).

Faulty certificate, no DNS responce, 'cant display page' or a totaly fooked up loaded page..
Serious for once, fix this whole stupid website issue. Is that really too much to ask?
