I Bought my copy through Game stop, currently i installed the Gr game, entered my code, yet i am unable to enter the prae. nor create an alt the choice is greyed out. also the added month that is supposed be applied, yet i see no change in the current renew date. Any added info would be helpful, as if this is to be expected...

I have tried repeatedly to purchase the game but I always get 'declined' for my credit card. This should not be an issue with my CC since it is 100% paid off, and I used it just recently.
I assume that the network traffic is the issue, but am unsure.
If I have tried it several times, will the card automatically be rejected without an attempt to get through?
Just another question. Can existing toons switch sides, or only toons created from scratch?
