Yes, it's because the online store is down, and when the store is up again, your slots should be back. Also Search function is your friend.

I can make toons on my secondary account, but not on my main account. I even deleted a toon in order to make a new toon, but upon deleting it, the slot became unavailable. I have a second page with toons, I bought several slots a long time ago. I deleted or moved several toons to other servers so that I would have room to make more on Infinity. Yet, the slots that used to be available now are locked.
Is this a bug, or something to do with the online store?
