I can't verify right now, but I'm pretty sure they meant additional useless text that shows up in the combat logs has been removed.

Hey there,
I just noticed a sentence which I can't find any knowledge of in the patch notes;
Electric Melee:
Corrected the combat spam for Lightning Rod...
I have a bad feeling about this with my elec/dark scrapper currently at lvl 48...
Should i be worried?
