Try deleting checksum.coh from the CoH directory. Reboot. Start it up again and let it verify files (I hope you're not using the updater bypass!). See if that works.

I'm stuck on the updater screen (eu updater). The files are all fully updated but i can't connect at all.
How do I get around that?
A fried of mine is having the same issue. I'm on the phone with him now and trying to help via remote assistance. We tried:
Deleting checksum and rebooting, verifying, and relaunching.
Run as Administrator
Safe Mode
Updating to latest video drivers.
Still gets stuck on "Loading"
He's on an Alienware MX15, Win 7 Home Premium 64bit, ATI Mobility Radeon 5850, 4gb RAM, Intel i7 Q-720.
Trying some other stuff but running out of ideas.

I'm having the same problem since I bought GR and installed the game yesterday. I just keep trying and waiting and eventually the Updater will finish connecting, sometimes after 2 hours or something. It makes no sense at all.
With this problem, the shop being down and some other issues I had I must say I'm rather pissed at the moment... normally I do not play games on release day but I figured with the low population on the German server it shouldn't be a problem... I was wrong.
