The Dev digest is at the top of the Development section of the forums. The costume suggestion thread is still in the Developer's Corner subforum in the same section.

Well, Going Rogue is adding some neat new stuff including Praetorian Clockwork parts. They released the Mutant Super Booster a few months back which has glowing costume pieces. Oh, and they added animated tails.
