Earth/Fire/Fire permadom

I've liked the concept of dominators for a long time. I enjoy both controllers and blasters, so combining the two into a single AT looks like a great idea. I can't stand playing redside though, so I've never gotten one past level 10 or so. With GR about to come out, that's going to change. I've decided my first GR character is going to be an Earth/Fire/Fire dom that I'll bring blueside. I've also got a lot of money burning a hole in my pocket, so it's going to be a permadom.

After looking over the powersets, I decided that I'm focusing pretty much solely on playing from range, since earth control works great at a distance, and Fiery assault/fire mastery seems to fit that playstyle perfectly. Below is a rough-cut at a permadom build. It's permadom by a pretty wide margin, and perma-hasten as well. Please pick it apart and let me know how it can be improved.

A note: This is intended to be the build that I level with (power/enhancement order) as well as my level 50 build. If it can be improved by using two different builds and respeccing at some point, that's not an issue.

Still hoping to get some feedback.

While leveling I suggest going with Incinerate over Stone Cages. I know you don't want to melee but its a great attack and will speed up your leveling. Remember Doms don't have Containment so Immobs are of far less use to them than they are to Controllers.

I've always liked stone cages to combo with stalagmites though, since it's basically an AoE hold by level 12. I'll give it some thought though.

Would it be a good idea to take Incinerate while levelling then drop it on a respec later on for Stone Cages? I've just started a new Earth/Fire Dom myself

I've no plans to take Cages at all. You don't need it as a Domi. The pseudo-hold move is overrated I find.

I personally never take the AoE Immobs on any Dominator because they only end up giving me more aggro than I can handle. It may also be better to take something else over Melt Armour because of its long recharge and unsatisfactory debuff numbers.

Some ideas, LotGs are a easy way to get recharge, and the concealment pool is an easy way to get powers that take them. I don't know what you might like to drop, but a lot of my dom builds take at least a couple concealment powers, because it frees up slots for other thing.

One other thing, an extra slot in earthquake so you can slot an Achilles Heel -res proc would be good.
