Allow us to place greyed out powers on the tray

Minor QOL item.

Start a new character. At the *very* least, you'll end up with Rest greyed out. If you're like me, you've also go the Mission Transporter, Ninja Run and Walk, among others, greyed out.

They're there, just not awarded until later.

Other "greyed out" powers (such as the Pocket D VIP pass) can be placed on the trays, even though you can't use them yet.

QOL - a little consistency. Let me place all of the inherent powers right away. A minor thing, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

(And yes, yet another alt has been created, thus why this comes to mind. New plant/storm.)

Totally agree with you. I like to spend the first minute or so on each character setting up my various trays and binds for, pretty much, the rest of that character's life... unfortunately I can't finish until level 5ish.

(Although, I got around this issue by using a Pop-Menu for all the accolade powers and other awarded powers like the Mission TPer... I can place the Macro button at level 1, and then I just wait until the power unlocks and then I can use it via the popmenu. Plus, this has the added bonus of not cluttering trays as much.

I can agree with this. I have no idea how many times I've forgotten to move Rest into my tray until level 7-ish because I didn't have a need for it until then. At creation, I spend a few minutes organizing (loading binds, moving and removing powers, setting controls), and I would love to add things like Rest and Mission Transporter to that list.
