Character Copy Tool Not Working

Posts have been made, PM's have been sent, I've seen reports of support tickets being filed but still no fix.
As Kheldarn noted, even though you can select Freedom and Virtue they aren't working apparently since people can't get the characters to show up.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Thank for the info though. Pity I can't really participate in all the testing. I've been in beta for a while now and have been mainly working with the Praetorian content. Now I'd like to see how the epic/patrol sets work with the alignment switched characters but I don't have any characters high enough level on test
When I attempt to use the Character Copy Tool, I receive the following message when selecting a server:
"The selected service is currently unavailable."
Oddly enough, I do not get this message when selecting the Freedom and Virtue servers.
