The downside? Whenever I fly in a vaguely upward direction, I jump. Which means I get forced into the landing animation and can't move for 2 seconds.
Fun fact - the only attack powers that actually work are Air Superiority and Brawl. Maybe Punch, but who takes that? If she has the costume, ask Neuronia if Whirlwind works...
