The Burning Forest map...what happened?

It had a lot of seriously broken spawn points, like glowies floating in the air or buried beneath the ground.
Didn't this map suffer from "It's in! Oops, never mind, we had to take it out. It's in! Oops, never mind, we had to take it out again" vacillation?

Too recognisable. How many times can you make Atlas Park burning believable, anyways? 
But I've found some alternatives...can anyone recommend other burning/damaged maps to suggest a big battle or something?

Does it have to be an outdoor map? There are a few burning tech maps that are pretty good.
