Ah, probably not. Now maybe you may be able to set one of the three aspects of Ultra Mode (reflections, shadows, AO) to it's lowest setting but that's about it.
Originally the devs used the 9800GT as the threshold for UM. The 9500GT has only 30% the shader "horsepower" of a 9800GT.

I am not even close to being a computer geek but just bought a new video card that was on sale...it is a EVGA 01G-P3-N959-TR GeForce 9500 GT 1GB video card....I have 4 gigs of ram and a Pentium Dual-Core E5300 2.6Ghz 2M 800Mhz processor...
WIll this set up allow me to play Ultra Mode on full settings???...I usd to have a 2 year old latop that allowed me to play with lag in ultra mode and I decided to have a friend build a system from scratch...
Any help would be appreciated...
