Are you planning on PvP'ing with this toon?
What are you wanting out of the PvP enhancements?
If you're farming wouldn't you be looking for more recharge, +end/recovery and damage? And some sort of taunt to try and help keep the targets from wandering?
My first reaction at looking at your build was this; unless you're planning on PvP'ing, you're not really getting all that big a bang for your buck. I could be wrong, but that is my first impression.
Oh, and some where along the lines you broke the Law of Five on your set bonuses.

No i am not planning on PvP with this toon but the PvP enhancements have 2 sets, one for PvE and one for PvP only, and the PvE bonuses are pretty good. Its probable I missed something or messed something up, I'm not great at creating builds, just figured if i started something, somebody else would help as well...
Boomtomic, I've taken a WP/Fire tank to level 42 on SO enhancements. Aubrey languished on the shelf for a good while, but I recently dusted her off and started planning a respec using IO enhancement sets.
She's perfectly survivable and enjoyable to play as she is, but I wanted to tweak her regeneration and recovery abilities. In addition, I'm about to acquire the Pyre Master epic power set in order to max out her damage abilities.
Prior to her respec Aubrey had very little down time (No matter how I word this stuff, it ends up sounding kinky) due to the fact that she has both Quick Recovery and Stamina. Anyway, I intend to take Reactive Armor for the resistance sets, Numina's Convalesence for the healing sets, Kinetic Combat and Obliteration for the attacks, Efficacy Adaptor set for Stamina, and Perfect Zinger for Taunt. I may add other sets after I study the results for awhile....but these right there should give her all the survivability she could ever need, at least for 95% of the action that she will see.
I think you'll find the WP/Fire build to be a great all-purpose tank, with the only likely problem the lack of mitigation. However, the ability to kill quickly will compensate for most of that.

I tend to think and I gather from past posts of other people that purpling is something we do with other ATs as it would be nice to feel as nigh immortal/unstoppable with them as we can with the tanky. Farming builds are essentially maximum damage per sec. It'll be easy to throw in purples and have a decent build and so it is hard to fail at going wrong.
Your asking for a lot of PvP enh just to have a build to farm with. I would reconsider if I were you and enjoy other toons or the game. I'd imagine to get that amount will take a lot. If I was gonna spend my gaming time in a farm mish I'd prolly roll a Fire/Fire. It's mean't to be the most offensive and if at any time its not, including now the inevitable will be that it will be made the most offensive.
I think that your opening post is different to the one ya had before whereby your willing to forego more powers seeing as you've narrowed the ones ya wanna keep more. That in itself means that build suggestions could diverse more and be more survivable or damaging as a result.
You have a 3 aoe attack chain, you will have an end cost per sec of all your toggles and a end cost per sec of this attack chain. Add them together and thats all your end recovery needs to be slightly more than. Unless you can reduce the rechg of your attacks more. Given what your in fight end cost per sec of build is and then having little more end rec than that, you can work on other attributes. It'll help to know your average fight duration and time between groups where you make some end rec. I think you'll be over costing a build and getting less out of it the way you are going atm.

. If I was gonna spend my gaming time in a farm mish I'd prolly roll a Fire/Fire. It's mean't to be the most offensive and if at any time its not, including now the inevitable will be that it will be made the most offensive.

Let me just tell you now that the PvP-IO's you're implementing are just going to be too much buck for the bang. I have a Fire/WP tanker, and he's PvE, and this is his build. You can take what you will from it, but i find that it works effectively and isn't going to absolutely wring out your wallet.
Edit: I've gone ahead and replaced some of my more common sets and IO's with Superiors and high-end Procs since you are in-fact going for the "Ultimate" build.

fire has double the aoe power that wp does making them more effecient and brutes have rage and fury added to the smaller amount of aoes making them much better then people take them for.im taking you never seen a ss/wp brute at full fury take out a whole mob with footstomp and an aoe from the ppp's
if you wanna stay with a wp/fire thats a fine choice too.but here we like to make sure you know there are better options as well.
Hmm, yea I have worked more on the things I don't need as much of as a tanker. I took a look at the one you posted, and I did some modifications to include a lot more recharge while still pulling off a great amount of damage in my attacks. Take a look, post ideas, opinions, new builds, etc. This is mostly based on enhancements that are still expensive but not nearly as expensive as it could have been...

You've given yourself 10 sets which give you +35hp. That won't work as you can only have upto 5 bonuses of the same type from the making of sets that will work. So you've gone and give yourself 5 +35hp bonuses for nothing. I would if I were you look through for anywhere else that you've gone over 5 on a set bonus and make changes so that you get what you pay for.

Indomitable Will at 49 looks bad.
You could afford to put CJ at 49 and take IW asap in the build. I think your attack chain +build toggles + time between mobs will come under your net end recovery and so you don't need to go for end rec so much. I wouldn't worry about status resistance as I think you don't pvp. With that in mind I did another suggestion, not for you to look at as complete, it's just a suggestion of many. The return on Melt Armour could be ok'ish if it could get more slots. However I not a fan unless you need to upspeed the defeating just to survive.
I felt you were relying on force feedback to much. Its 10% chance, likely to check for that chance properly every 15 secs. I would use Kick once at the start of each group or end say and so invested slots in haste more.
There is a website called paragonwiki you can look at and find your way around to understand things like the purple patch or different types of enhancements and how they work. I am saying incase you didn't know.
The chance for psi in scorch is possibly worth no more than an average damage slot.

Yea for a few of the powers I really just put whatever in, like the Psi in Scorch and the Force Feedback in kick, but I do use kick quite a bit so I figured having a good buff once in a while could do good. Melt Armor i just use when it is ready because it just makes killing them quicker, and helps a little in PvP (I did a little RV, then got bored because the villains kept running away). Status resist I put in just to complete the set to give me 5% recharge but I guess I could put better in there. The Efficiency Adaptors in Stamina and Quick Recovery I put full for the set bonus, all five of them are helpful. Does Indomitable Will really need slotting? It has protected me completely from KB, fear, sleep, disorient, etc just fine without any in PvE.
I am confused, why did you use Reactive Armor as your primary resistance enhancements? And is there a difference in the placement of IW in my build versus your build? I am not great with the whole IO mumbo jumbo, im used to the time before them so I am still learning.
Reactive armour as it offers more damage type defense. Willpower doesn't have alot of positional defense. IW can be alright with an end slot unless you want more psi def. The thing I was saying about it is to take it sooner in the build.
Your attacks have long cast times. If you add the cast times together of all the attacks in your attack chain then you will get a good idea of how much rechg your after with the power that has the longest rechg.

I gave my WP/Fire tanker another try and fixed his build and such and he is a pretty good farmer, but he is a bit slow and the build is pretty cheap. I got alot of help with his build but again, it is cheap. Now that I have done alot more with my tanker, I am looking for a better build for him to solo farm with, no matter the price. I am willing to take/drop any power if there is a good reason for it, I only really care for Fire Sword Circle, Combustion, and Fire Ball from the Fire set and Pyre Mastery set.
