Game Crash on Start-up

I just downloaded the Trial of CoH, after the update is done, I try to start I get this



Ive tried running it in safe mode, Same thing.
Ive tried Changing my Firewall to let it Through, Same thing.
Verified Files Multiple times, Same thing.
Searched through the forums and tried things that had work for people with somewhat similar problems, Nothing so far has worked.

Also, I tried running CoHHelper, but I get an Error, "Value was either too large or too small for an Int32."

I have played this Game on this Machine before, and since then I have got a second Hard drive and Updated Drivers. Other than that, nothing else has changed.
