Any thoughts or opinions on the combo?

Tech based Praetorian resistance type hero.

[s]I did a rough build out in SuckerPunch, but don't have the IO knowledge in my head to actually perfect a build on SP.[/s]

Redid it at home with Mids... built for with an eye to damage and accuracy with a side of recharge.

I just noticed this build is pre-Inherent Fitness, which will be changed (obviously), but in general... thoughts? Opinions?

I can't look at the build atm, but you have target drone so just make sure your not over slotting your powers for accuracy as it will really be over kill.

I have a level 40 elec/dev left over from the old days (pre ED). It worked then since I could 6 slot damage in my two attacks but post ED I've found Elec is to weak for a blaster unless you pair it with some blaps.

One nice thing about being a Elec/Dev trapper is you can set up your traps right around the corner from the boss mob and use sparky to pull them. You can cast Sparky around corners for the super safe pull. In the past Sparky has killed Tsoo Inkmen and Rikti Mentalist who where chain mezzing me over and over.

I've noticed on my other /devs that the pet bug (running into melee) is a buff when it comes to auto turrent. Auto Turrent can hold some agro and since its rushing out in front of you, a little 2 or 3 mob pile forms up around your turrent. Perfect setup for Sands of Mu.

I looked at the build.
I don't know if you know how much some of those IO cost or you do and just don't care.

Your regen is nice at 275% but I don't see that helping you out much since your defense are so low that you will not be able to regen your health back that fast.

Beyond that as I mentioned your way over the top with your Accuracy.

Personally if I had the money to buy those IOs I would slot them in a much higher performance AT that would benefit much more from those IOs then this build.

In my world this an expensive build but not an outrageous one.

Ranged defense is 45%
AoE defense at 30%

Accuracy bonuses were pure side effect.

Okay I didn't see your 2nd build. I was commenting on the first build.

Your 2nd build is much better and make much more sense.

Where did you get the build from ? You really went from one extreme to another..

The first one was done on SuckerPunch and, as admitted, I'm don't do well without Mid's numbers. The second one is Mids.

Looking at the first one, it appears I was going for +Damage and +Recharge. +Acc was, once again, a byproduct. I never build specifically for +Acc because it's too easy to get.
