You should edit your message immediately - don't put account names on the forum.

Also, it might still be DNS, if you know how, you should flush your DNS cache. It sounds like NC may have actually moved servers around.
If you still can't log in, you might want to file a support ticket.

My friend really wants to play this game but he's just pissed and frustrated. I just logged into his account on ncsoft page and I can log in but why can't I log into the game?
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
well, besides the fact that you are talking a big risk letting people know that you are sharing info, have your friend log a support ticket and see what happens again. he can also call support so he can talk to a person live versus waiting for email replies.
Ok, this has been super frustrating so far. My friend wants to join me in CoV but he has been having problems logging in. Today the help line finally reset his password. They say the problem is my friend's DNS but I told him that I can't log in using his old password either so I know it's not his DNS problem.
He gave me the temp password. I logged in at work and even used my credit card to activate for him. I can log in from Ncsoft website but when I got home, I just CANNOT log into the game. Why is that?
Can any dev try to help? He wants to reactivate the game like 5 days ago!!!
Logging into ncsoft is not the same as logging into City of Villains??
