Mission Completes early

My first time doing an AE Mission and all was well yesterday. Today, I changed the objectives a little to an escort, put the enemys on Empty but placed battles. Now I put the Escort as a mission complete but as soon as I enter the mission, it automatically completes. The escort and battles are still in their places though. Any ideas why that would happen?

No I didnt. The idea is for someone to sneak in and out without being spotted. Its the first part of a story arc I am working on as an Initiation. I guess I could try that though. Thanks. Ill reply when I figure if that works or not.

Edit: Ok apparently, that was the problem. If you put Surrounding Enemy to Empty, the mission automatically completes on entry. I was really hoping to make a mission where you could just sneak in, grab an object or person and get out before the time runs out while avoiding enemys. Anyone know of anyway to do this?

I have this same issue, except I am trying to do a "Talk To" mission. I've been setting captives and allies without enemies. The problem is when there is no enemy then the captive or ally automatically sees you when you enter the mission. No matter if they are placed in the back and the entrance is way on the other side.
This is kind of frustrating me because I want to add a "talk to" mission as part of the storyline. My other option is making it an escort but I dont want to have them follow.

I was relieved of my previous position for telling the truth. Now I make my living translating the lies of other men.

You cannot make talk-to-person mission details.
Allies or captives that have no guarding enemies automatically complete as soon as you enter the mission.
You can only make talk-to-a-box missions, or lead-person-to-thing-nearby missions once that works correctly.
