A little advice on mind/fire duelist

I literally meant that fire blast literally does literally way more literal damage than blaze will ever literally ever dream to literally accomplish in a literal sense.

Between Ice Mastery and Leviathan Mastery, which one is a better choice? Frozen armor seem to be weaker, but there's sleet and hoarfrost that are available.

For dueling go ice or mace/aid self
For teaming go leviathan or mace/phase combo

With Inherent Fitness, what would the build look like...planning to go with Ice Mastery (hibernate, hoarfrost and frozen armor)? Planning to take speed, leaping, and leadership. For the fourth pool, debating between Medicine/Aid Self or Fighting/tough & weave.
