A Few Questions about Electric Melee
Quote:
Last I knew, was if you slotted a performance shifter +END proc in one of the electrical powers, it gave the enemy back end, not you.
I've been tinkering with the idea of an elec/nin stalker. Figured I'd ask these questions here because elec/ is a shared set and the scrapper forums are more active. Mainly I'm wondering how procs function when slotted in the various powers.
1. The melee attacks can all take recovery set IOs. Does the performance shifter proc function properly in melee attacks? Does it have a chance to grant you endurance, or is it borked and it gives end to mobs? 2. If a proc is slotted into Chain Induction does it only go off on the initial target, or does it have a chance to proc on successful jumps? |

Procs do not jump on chain induction. The +end proc put into any attack that attacks foes grants the foes endurance, not you, which is funny, but pointless.
and IMO elec melee SUCKS on stalkers
once again
that's just my opinion

Thanks for the info all.

Disagree, Elec melee is wonderful on stalkers, the assassin strike adds the ST damage the scrapper set lacks, and lightning rod doesn't break hide, so you get to crit with thunderstrike next. Love my ElM/EA.
It's true. This game is NOT rocket surgery. - BillZBubba
