Generally you won't see coordinated tactics by either side outside of individual team chat. Usually the only time anyhting like that happens is when an SG or group is going after AVs in RV. When that happens the group usually uses broadcast chat, but will sometimes set up a channel.

I usually press a binded key that says "Kill such and such target." 90% of the time that target dies or hiber/phases. Thats all the organizing you need, anymore and there's gonna be alot of base camping untill the other side get organized at which point you guys might as well get on vent and go to the arena.
Team chat, ventrillo or teamspeak (which is dUmb's privilege). But as Op said, you probably won't see much of coordinated teamplay in lol zones.
