Game cards
Well, I don't use time cards, so my only suggestion would be to contact customer support if you haven't already. Give me some time and I'll look up exactly how to get in touch with them for you. (Or someone else may beat me to it.)
Edit to add: Ok, this Link is to the Knowledge Base: Ask a Question site which I believe is part of customer support. Hope that works for you. After opening a support ticket, you'll get an auto-reply. Make sure you respond every couple days to keep that ticket open, or it will close automatically and they will assume your problem fixed itself.

I used some cards a few weeks ago, everything seemed to be okay. When you look at your account info, is the 'account playable up until' date correct?
yes it is, account page saids playable till sep something
Then you're fine. As long as its saying that you're paid up and can play until September something, then its definitely worked. My husband and I only use the time cards, and that's how they've always worked for us.

ive never had that happen with my time cards? Hopefully it will work for ya maybe it was just a glitch or something. Have you tried getting ahold of customer service and seeing if they know of anything?

Anyone having problems with game cards working on thier accounts?
I applied a game card to my account and it worked for 2 days, now it saids that payment is needed again, has this happen to anyone else?
