I'm currently rolling a DB/Elec brute, but am having a hard time with him. I'm finding that the two don't mesh well with my play style, but that's just me.
Why I chose /Elec was because of the damage aura and the recharge, but those two will only get you so far when the odds are against you, whereas /wp, /sr or /Inv will see you through most situations better.
There are three types of people in this world: Those who can count and those who can't.
The DB/WP is as you say, "safe"... but the DB/Stone has the fun value of being "unique". Got an Egyptian theme built in and with the unlockable Redcap knives will make the Granite form look almost like he's punching the targets into a bloody chum. Never have seen a DB/Stone... if you are looking for a break from the norm, why not? Besides, DB+ whatever is gonna be an expensive build... might aswell have fun instead.

Thanks guys think I am going to try the DB/Stone for a giggle already have an Axe/WP SS/Invin brute at at 50 and fully IO outs and a Elec/SD brute at 41 (which I am a bit board with) so time for some thing a bit diferent

Hi all I am working my way through the brute Primary power sets and I am about to role my first DB toon. I have two thoughts go for DB/WP for and easy ride, or for giggles role a DB/Stone, which might be fun with enough recharge and could be a nice Brute/tanks for fun, and on a side the idea of my Granite form jumping about is quite appealing.
So any advice on DB and what should go with it? Is my idea about roling a DB stone just silly?
