You could, of course, try using the search function. Click on the little button at the top of the screen that says Search. In the box that says Keyword, try typing in 'dual' (not duel), then setting it to Search Topics Only. Then hop over to the list of forum sections and highlight Scrappers. Finally, click the button that says Search Now.
Voilà! A whole series of topics about dual blades scrappers. And look, the very first one is about Dual Blades/Super Reflexes and it's only two days old! And there are five more threads about DB/SR on the first page of results!
Whew.. I'm spent. That was some hard work there. Time for a nap.
OK sorry for making this a wall of flames. Hey Developers or whoever is in charge please delete this thread before it gets worse.
Searching is a bit rediculous since alot of the time you find mostly out dated stuff, but at the least check the first few pages of threads before posting a new one like this. It's what I do when looking for help. Here's two links for you though that have sample builds and reasonings for em etc.
