Unable to log in to certain servers (Guardian and Champion) due to a DBserver error, any thoughts?

I'm in the same boat with both my accounts, and I have cox communications in Tulsa OK.

Do you also have problems logging into Justice, Protector, and Virtue, but none of the others? That'd mean you're having issues with all the West Coast servers. I just tested logging into Guardian, and had no issue.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

I am having the same problem. "Can't connect to DBserver" I, too, am in Tulsa area with Cox Cable.

I wonder if the ip address to guardian PI and Galaxy shard, is different than the IP address of Kings Row, Talos, Founders, Grandville, and sharkhead? I can log into PI and Galaxy for some reason.
A step further in this reasoning is I wonder if Cox is blocking that IP address.

Tulsa, Ok. Cox Cable, Guardian and Champion servers I can not log into, all others are fine. Was able to move around on Pinnacle just fine redside, however on Virtue I got stuck on the tram trying to go from Galaxy to Kings.

Justice, Guardian, Champion are the problem servers that I can not log into.

I'm with Cox as well (although located in Louisiana) and for the past few days I've been having trouble connecting to the following servers: Virtue, Guardian, Justice, and Champion, in various ways. All of them except Virtue stop at the DB error.

After today's patch I was able to log in fine for about 10-15 minutes before I was kicked off and found unable to access any of the blue side city zones. Red side and Pocket D worked fine.

Skip to 6 hours ahead, I can't access any zones - but I can, oddly enough, access Virtue itself. It just won't go through the mapserver.

I've tried port forwarding, firewalls and everything else I could think of without putting in a call.

Should I be contacting Cox about now or has anyone figured out what this is?

No word on it being Cox's fault, I place the blame on this update today, seems too convenient,

Also on Cox, camot log on to Virtue or protector since today's patch

Way earlier in the day, I petittioned the matter.
A few hours later I got an E-mail from NC support wanting to know technical details and they sent me that diagnostic program.
I ran it and sent them the results.
It's been over 6 hours since then. And haven't gotten any response yet.
I attempted logging in just now a character that wouldn't at all earlier, and I got in for 30 seconds and got maspserved, and now it's back to not letting me in.
This is the middle of my vacation, was planning on playing with my friends, but that ain't happening.
This is very frustrating.
