I'm with Cox as well (although located in Louisiana) and for the past few days I've been having trouble connecting to the following servers: Virtue, Guardian, Justice, and Champion, in various ways. All of them except Virtue stop at the DB error.
After today's patch I was able to log in fine for about 10-15 minutes before I was kicked off and found unable to access any of the blue side city zones. Red side and Pocket D worked fine.
Skip to 6 hours ahead, I can't access any zones - but I can, oddly enough, access Virtue itself. It just won't go through the mapserver.
I've tried port forwarding, firewalls and everything else I could think of without putting in a call.
Should I be contacting Cox about now or has anyone figured out what this is?
