Peacebringer Duo

My friend and I are creating new peacebringers to duo together based on a character concept we have, only are having difficulty in deciding which powers to take and what our roles with each other should be.

Does anyone have build suggestions based on the two of us supporting each other, and doing very little grouping otherwise?

Thanks!

If it was me I would want one person to be a Human/Nova and the other member be a Human/Dwarf. This way both of you can handle aggro and range damage. Make sure that both of you guys get Glowing Touch to heal each other when needed.

I would do something like this:

Human(range)/Dwarf
Luminous Blast

1. Gleaming Bolt
2. Glinting Eye
3. Gleaming Blast
4. Proton Scatter
5. Build Up
6. Luminous Detonation
7. Pulsar
8. Glowing Touch
9. Photon Seekers
10. Dawn Strike
Luminous Aura

1. Incandescence
2. Shining Shield
3. Essence Boost
4. Thermal Shield
5. Quantum Shield
6. White Dwarf <- Main Form
7. Reform Essence
8. Conserve Energy
9. Restore Essence
Speed Power Pool

1. Hasten
2. Super Speed
Fitness Power Pool

1. Swift
2. Health
3. Stamina

Human(Melee)/Nova
Luminous Blast

1. Glinting Eye
2. Bright Nova <-Main Form
3. Radiant Strike
4. Build Up
5. Incandescent Strike
6. Glowing Touch
7. Solar Flare
8. Photon Seekers
Luminous Aura

1. Incandescence
2. Shining Shield
3. Essence Boost
4. Thermal Shield
5. Quantum Shield
6. Reform Essence
7. Conserve Energy
8. Quantum Flight
9. Restore Essence
10. Light Form
Speed Power Pool

1. Hasten
2. Super Speed
3. Flurry (Just for another melee attack)
Fitness Power Pool

1. Swift
2. Health
3. Stamina

Personally I'd recommend one of you rolls a Warshade instead. The two will complement each other very well.

The Peacebringer is a great self-contained power house. It'll perform better in the role of hard target killer and tank. Because Warshades' numerous utility powers are dependent upon enemies, alive or dead, to fuel them whoever runs it would be able to take advantage of ever larger spawn size in safety. A Warshade would also bring a good degree of control, something PBs lack in comparison.

So if you can make it work with your concept I'd definitely advise you to go with a pair of TriForm Khelds. One PB and one Warshade.

I was going to suggest a WS and a PB because I also think it would make a great Duo, but he already have a concept for the PB's. Either route you go just have fun and enjoy your Kheldian.

The concept revolves around a "brother and sister" idea. Preferably we would take different but complimentary power sets.

Originally one would be more melee/tank based and the other/ranged support.

Haven't been able to come up with anything great yet though.

If we both used pulsar at the same time, would they stack?

I see questions similar to this a lot. Yes they would. In fact, just about everything in this game will stack with the exception of vengence and ally buff powers from the same person. There may be a maximum of 2-3 other powers that do not stack, but I can't think of any.
