Hi!
imo, your 3 slotted active defence is very easy to doublestack --> plenty of DDR and hence no need to stack defences so high... but this is just me and my ideas
Lowering defences, still softcapped but now a tad more regen (47%) and some extra recharge (+72.5% vs your builds 57.5%)... also some more accuracy (40% --> 52%). However, dmg was lovered 5.5%... Some tradeoffs ofc, hopefully you get some useful ideas out of it!

Nice build, Thanks a bunch
I just did the respec and used your exact build. It cost me 1.4 billion in bought IOs, I already had all the LoTG+rech/Miracle+rec/Numina+regen IOs so I saved money there so it wasnt too expensive. Add in the going price for the Glad +def IO and its a very expensive build but having that for free was just plain awesome.

Snagged me a Glad +def IO and worked it into my Elec/Shield build. Anyone see any room for improvement? More Recovery or recharge are always welcome. The melee is higher than the rest due to not having defense debuff resist high when active defense isnt stacked
