I don't recall ever seeing anything like that in the belt selection.
The only way to get holsters is to use the Official belt. There might be a few others that could pass as holsters, if you're squiting and not paying close attention (such as the Vanguard belt), but no other real ones.

The only other thought is if there was some Knives of Artemis costume reward thing from a con. They have some good costume pieces you just can't get.
Howdy, quick question. Was poking around on my DP on Virtue, when I saw someone pass me with a belt that looked very much like it had two holsters on it (BTW, it was definitely not the "Official" belt). They went by too fast for me to ask them, so I have to ask: is there such a belt, or was I seeing things?
