Weird Game lockups

off the top of my head... I got nothing.
I'd go through the usual trouble-shooting steps:
Run Memtest
Make sure your drivers are up-to-date:
see if the error also occurs on the test-server or just the live server.
post a CoHHelper
and a HijackThis report and we will be able to help you a little more.

Well... a couple things I see right off hand. You've got a couple of USB audio devices that have out of date drivers.
Also, Stardock is considered by some to be malicious software and is associated with random behavior such as the type you describe.
Admunch is also associated with weird internet lockups.
I also see KeePass.exe which is associated with Malware.
MCTadmin is also a suspect executable.
Also looks like you are running NOD32 antivirus.
Ok, i have read around and don't see anything about it so not sure what its related to, maybe the new ultra mode.
Anyway, I have random lock up of CoX only when "exiting game" (quitting to desktop) & at times when loading the "costume changer".
