Blaster's Max HP Cap??

I was looking at Mids and noticed the blasters hit points cap at 1606. Is this accurate?

Yep, and accolades take you to 1445, so not a big slotting priority.

I have my dude, TechnoBlapper (Infinity) at 1606.3 and it is amazing for a blaster to have the extra HP with the additional IO slotting and accolades. Really helps in tough mshs and TFs.
