It uses End to summon but once summoned doesn't use any of yours, it has its own pool of End but should never get close to using it up. It can be attacked and killed, it's fairly resistant to attacks but can certainly die. It cannot be healed but slowly regens health itself.
Regen IOs do not affect how quickly he attacks. Nothing can boost or debuff any pets attack rates any more.*
Slotting : 1-2 Acc 3 Dam 0-2 hold.

Who have the highest threat between me and Singularity? It seems they always attack me, but that might just be because he's a lot slower then me.

He is slow and only has single-target attacks, so you're probably going to out-aggro him.
Unless you maneuverer it so he's blocking a doorway and things try to pass through him, then the repel field seems to work well as an aggro-field diverting attention to him.

I'd slot him with accuracy and hold and go for bonuses for ranged defense on myself. Stay close to Singy and melee is taken care of. Cast into a AV mob, he's a great tank and can take just about any alpha easily.

It actually can be killed, but it isn't easy. It has 100% resist to Psi and Toxic, and 50% res to all other types.
