Are you living outside North America or Europe? If so you have to use PayPal or use Game Cards due to the high incidence of fraud with credit cards.

I'm in Europe, Bulgaria to be more specific. I tried the PayPal option, still the same result. So there isn't anything that can be done? I mean i'm not trying to fraud no one

And it seems you can purchase from them even if you are "international"
I don't know if anybody else in the game has a different method of getting time-card codes for international players.

Hi everyone. First i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, and move it if it isn't.
Anyway, i'm trying to subscribe to the game and it doesn't accept any of my credit cards. They are both American Express, and when i try to subscribe it says that it didn't pass risk management assessment. I tried from other computers, two cards and still the same. I contacted support yesterday, still no answer. Any of you faced this problem, any idea how can i fix it?
