Hi everyone. First i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, and move it if it isn't.

Anyway, i'm trying to subscribe to the game and it doesn't accept any of my credit cards. They are both American Express, and when i try to subscribe it says that it didn't pass risk management assessment. I tried from other computers, two cards and still the same. I contacted support yesterday, still no answer. Any of you faced this problem, any idea how can i fix it?
