The effects are basically "baked" into the costumes themselves and are not separate aura's

Hi,
I was under the impression that the bioluminescent costume pieces and the eyes for the organic armor had separate auras that you could access at level 30. Was this just in beta, or am I "straight trippin" and they never existed?
