Mission Teleporter

I've been trying out the Mission Teleport power and find that it keeps sending me to the first mission on my list, not always the one I have selected. Is there a trick to make it take you where you want, or are you stuck with it going to the first listed mission?

If you don't have a mission marked as active (i.e. in red, not yellow), it will go to the first in your list.

If by red you mean, the star on the map turns red, and the nav bar shows a red star, I've done that and mission teleporter doesn't take me there. If you mean something else by "red" how I do I get it "red"?

If you are showing a red star on your nav bar and not being taken to *that* mission, /bug it. I haven't had any problems with the mish porter, so I can only assume it's some sort of bug.

I'd second what WarronPeace said. I've not heard of any situations where the teleporter hasn't worked and the user remember to set the mission. Although, it's possible some missions that don't have a destination might cause weird behavior (i.e. hunts), although I've not heard that being a problem.

Note that it has to be a door mission ( not a "Talk to a Contact" mission ) as well as being selected.

(Edited to be clear what I was expanding upon)

But if the selected mission is a talk to contact mission you'll get a message saying you can't teleport to this mission. It won't just teleport you to the first eligible one on your list.

I had a faultline mission set the other day and it took me randomly to a door in Kings Row (no mission at that location, at least that I had)

So yeah...it could be a bit wonky sometimes.

That's the only time it's screwed up for me though.

Not what I was commenting on, so I've edited my post.

Wow, that would be lame considering the recharge.

Let me ask stupid questions:

1. When you pick the mish, you highlight it, the press the button at the bottom of the dialog box to set the mish.
2. Uh...geez, I dunno. if you do what's in one, that's freaky.

Maybe test it on a team where you aren't leading. Dunno. I would do that though before contacting the tech support.

It can be wonky, true--but it just doesn't sound like the OP is actually selecting the mission as an active mission. Clicking on the mission is not selecting the mission.
