Ss/sr/mu?
I have a SM/SR brute at 50. Softcap to everything. Very toough toon but he has a lot of end trouble. I would think the SS/SR would be the same. They are very fun tho.
Is the -defense crash from SS resistable?
No. It can be avoided by restacking a new rage on the crash. A warning though, if you started rage in one zone, then rezone, stacking it will do nothing to avoid the -def in the crash.

Was bored and was wondering what people think about this build. Should be pretty sturdy, never played red-side, with going rogue i'd probably only get to 20 and then port over to heroes.
Capped defense outside of aoe which is pretty close, high regen and good HP bonus.
