The costume change emotes won't because there is no other costume to change into.

Didn't see this posted, but my search-fu sucks. Why is there a fee for emailing large amounts of influence? doesnt seem to apply to under 100 million. But when I tried to email 220+mill from atoon I was deleting got a messege that I didnt have enough Inf to email. So dropped it to 200 mill and saw that my remaining influence was lessened. This is just an annoying process, now we have to send 2 or more emails to avoid the charge instead of just 1, Dont really see a point in this.

I have emailed more than that several times and not encountered any fees.

Perhaps you didnt have exactly the total you thought you had

so at what date can we start emailing (global mail) between villains and heroes? The Global Message of the Day is making me itchy everytime I read that.

From what I read in another post that is part of GR/Issue 18 and since they are coming out at the same time, August 17th would be your date.
