DM/SD Scrapper

I haven't toyed with PvP here in CoX as of yet. But I keep getting requests for Arena fights etc as well as other things. When I was playing Star Wars Galaxies I pvp'd all the time. Just have not been sure on if I want to get into that here. My main is a DM/SD Scrapper who tears it up. I love playing him for PvE, but from what I have heard/read is that SD builds are not that great for hardcore pvp.

The build I am thinking about setting up would be strictly for what yall call Fight Clubbin. Just arena fights (or zone) against other melee. Now that does not mean I won't throw down with anyone else. It's just that this one build I want just for melee. I'd most likely use my other build for anything else.

As a DM you definitely want to take either Focused Accuracy or Targeting Drone for the accuracy and the tohit debuff resistance, otherwise characters with tohit debuffs (i.e other DMs) will wreck you and you won't even be able to heal off them. Also drop one slot from health and put the kismet +tohit on Weave.

I was wondering if the Kismet would be needed or not since I would be running Tactics. Thanks for the suggestions/tips.

more tohit means less missing

in my book that means it's still needed lol

for fight club you dont need shield charge. DPS and DPE will go down the more u use it. Grant cover is better. You dont need leadership for fight club, i'd replace the pool with medicine to get a fully slotted aidself and focus accuracy for the perception and tohit. Siphon life could be better slotted to give roughly the same dmg while giving you a better heal. Replace dark consumption for Soul Drain. also get ur +HP accolades.
