You missed Anti-Matter because he's not in Maria Jenkins arc at all. You have to do Tina McIntyre to get him.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Ouroborus flashback arc for Tina Mac or ask around if someone has the mish for him especially in your server's global's main channels.
Yeah, he's not in Maria's arc at all, never was. Tina's arc is 40-45 range and that's the arc you need to do to fight Anti-Matter.
The other common mistake people make is not getting Black Swan. She is in Maria's arc but her mission doesn't require that you beat her, so some people just complete the mission without fighting her, not realizing they need her for the badge until later.

Yes, but he appears twice in Tina's arc and once in a stand-alone mission Tina gives. The first arc appearence is the one where he defeats himself (you don't get badge credit for that). So a person could in theory do the arc in Ouroboros, get to that mission, then quit the arc thinking they had the badge, only to realize they need to do the entire arc from the beginning again. Indicentally, the second Anti-Matter appearence in the arc (the one that counts) is the final mission.

BUT I MISSED ANTI MATTER THE ARCH VILLAIN
