Honestly, the easiest thing to do is send the command you want to make a macro for using the pet window, then drag that Icon to the the power tray. Then you'll have better icons for the macro as well.
Otherwise:
/macro GO "petcom_all Goto"
/macro ATK "petcom_all Attack"
/macro DEF "petcom_all Defensive"

Ive been away from the game for almost 2 years and have just rejoined the fun. However, a couple of my macros have somehow disappeared on my MM. I know I can find them in the forums if I search for the next 6 hours, but instead can someone give me the basic macro for
moving all pets to one location (giving me a target to move them to)
all pets attack
all pets in defensive mode only
Any help would be appreciated so I dont spend forever hunting these macros down.
