If I still have my virtue toons available, (if i didnt delete them in a drunk stupor) I should have a Dark/Dark stalker available in his teens. If you've seen any of the Hellraiser movies, I have designed him to look like a cenobite with leather and spikes.

I haven't played Virtue before, but have been interested in a static team like this for a long time.
My suggestion for the teams origin would be that they are siblings of sorts, taken in by a master assassin as children for their potential. Some already possessed powers or mutations that made them useful--others may have been given them by their "father." This allows for any original or powerset combo to be used.
I'm normally available afternoon and evenings Saturday, roughtly noon to 4 Sunday and 5-10 pm on weekdays, all est.
