Stuck on "Loading..."
Not enough information to accurately troubleshoot.
First, post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.
Then, post a log from running HijackThis. This will show what else is going on on your computer while you are playing CoH.
What type of ISP do you have? Do you use a router or not? Is your computer using a wired or wireless connection?
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I know it's not enough information, but there is also not enough information that I can give... if that make sense heh. I use a router, and wired on this computer. I dunno about the ISP. I would love to use those two things but I can not even get to the login screen at all. I'm in a constant state on the screen right after the updater. The "Loading..." screen.
What I do know, I was able to get in game and play normally before the update and now after updating I am stuck on the loading screen. Saw in the Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines thread about getting stopped in the "Loading..." screen having to deal with Window Blinds which I do use, but never had an issue with so I turned it off yet it still doing the same thing. Nothing on my connections have been change that I know of and my antivirus/firewall are the same. I don't have access to restart the router, but I can have it done I believe. I'm at a total loss on what to do and it has me in a huh? state so sorry for my lack of information.

You don't have to be able to get to the login screen to run either of those programs. In fact, it's best if you DON'T have CoH running when you run them. The programs will give us most of the information we need about the game settings, your computer specs and any other software that may be running while you are gaming.
Just run them and paste the output into posts here.
As far as the ISP, what I'm trying to find is if you are on Dial-up, Cable, DSL, Satellite, a Wireless ISP, a school campus, a business network or what? If it's a business or school connection, you may be out of luck. They made a change in some of the ports used by the game and they may be blocked. Avatea made a post about it in this section and it can be found in the stickies under the name UDP port range changes. Or, you could just click that link.

Oh heh dang I'm not all here right now. I am Cable, not at school in my home but not the owner of the router heh.
I've tried CoH Helper but it timed out. Will try it again and the other one then.
Edit: Also this all happened after update: 1800.201005212331.2T will post what I got from those two programs in a bit.

If you are running Vista or Windows 7, be sure to right-click on the CoH Helper file and select Run as Administrator.
I'd recommend doing the same with HiJackThis when you click on the shortcut for it.
Good to see that you aren't on a school or work connection. That will likely narrow things down for troubleshooting.

You can try to install the newest Intel driver for your card using the Intel Driver Update Utility from the Intel site. That's not going to do much good either though since the newest driver for that card is from 2007. You're basically out of luck for up to date drivers for that old of a chipset.
Also, your free space on your hard drive is at 13%. Windows can do some really weird things when it gets under 20%. I'd recommend freeing up some space and defragmenting your hard drive.
As for your HiJackThis log .... well ... I'm going to leave most of that to someone else. I'll mention a few things that stand out to me but I'd recommend posting that log on one of the sites that specializes in analyzing HJT logs.
First, I see that the Stardock is still running. This is from the same company that makes WindowBlinds and could be sharing some of the same code.
Second, even though your CoH helper shows you have an Intel video chipset, I see entries for the nVidia video card drivers in your HJT log.
Third, you have a LOT of programs running at startup. Way too many that don't need to be running all the time.
Fourth, I see entries for both Avast and McAfee. Do you have two anti-virus products installed? That can cause conflicts. If you have Firewalls enabled on either of those, make sure that the CoH folder and executables are set as exceptions in your firewall.
The rest is way more than I'm able to deal with. Hopefully someone with a lot more HJT knowledge will stop in and help with that.

Oh yeah. You have several instances of CoH running in the background. Try rebooting the computer completely to unload those extra instances and start fresh.

Not knowing anything about the router (brand, model, etc) I don't know if they would need to forward the new UDP ports or not.
In a little over 6 years of playing the game and going through 4 different routers (minimum, I'm not counting work routers) I've never had to forward any ports on my routers to get things to work. Some people do need to forward the ports, but they have to have access to the configuration pages to do that.

So I don't know what I did in my uninstalling anything and everything I no longer use or want anymore but I went down to 0% free hard drive space... heh I guess I just made everything worse. Hope I can just get my computer sooner and just throw my old thing away. Anyways, thank you for your help Texas Justice you helped me a lot by learning some new stuff. Maybe I can fix it, maybe not. Will see.

depending how many things you removed, you should probably think of doing a defrag on that drive.
1- Goto My computer,
2- right-click the C drive
3- open "properties"
4- click on the Tab "Tools"
5- click on "defrag now"
Defraging your drive will replace the files on your drive to be in a logical order starting from the middle of the drive so that the empty space is located near the end of the drive.
right now your drive look probably like this (the numbers represent files)
1 9 (empty) 3 (empty) 7 6 (empty) 12 2 (empty) (empty) 4 5 (empty) 8 11 10
Defrag will bring it like this : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 (all empty)
Well here is a direct link to your drivers if you need it but yeah, 2007 drivers are still old and may not help much.
Since you've stripped out a bunch of stuff, you might ought rerun CoHHelper and HijackThis for us so we can see what your current status is. But honestly, it might not be a bad idea to just save your important data and rebuild the system from scratch, if possible. That will guarantee that all the unwanted trash is gone and streamline the system. It may even run noticibly better. Heck, it probably will run better.

Yea I have no clue what is wrong with my computer. I went from having plenty of space to having 0% free. It seems to keep going up and down. I'm at a loss on what is going on with my computer. I think the latest patch brought me some bad luck (not blaming anyone lol). I can't even run hijack anymore and I never touched it after posting it here. I can run CoH Helper, but you'll see the same thing except it's at 0% free space. I'm just gonna give up and sit and wait for money to get my new system. I've ran everything I can think of and can't find any malware that is causing it. I have no clue what is taking up all of that space when I have almost stripped down my computer to just a game and some photo/editing programs and microsoft programs. Oh well....
Side not, yea I did defrag the drive nothing happened.

So I haven't logged on in a few weeks and decided to do so yesterday, saw a new patch was downloading so let it do it's thing. Came back and clicked next and accept and went to the "Loading..." screen. Would never leave thought it was a fluke in my comp and turned it off and went to bed. So now trying it again it is doing the same thing as last night. Don't know what to do.
I've restarted my computer, check my firewall settings and what not, flushed dns, and even turned off Window Blinds even though it never effected the game before. I've read over ++ Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines ++ and nothing works on there. Anyone have a solution for this?
