my moneymaker spines/FA for AoE dmg
i literally made a build just about the same last night for a buddy of mine so i think we are both on the right path. but look into entropic chaos in the place of the decimations. you'll get a bit more rec and the same recharge bonus. and interesting side note you are only gaining 11%res to cold by taking temp protection. you are caped on fire. the procs in health are gonna be a bit pricey but still not bad.
