i don't think you understood the problem SB. he has a dark purple bar, not blue bar, which would indicate debt.
to the OP, can you take a screen shot and post it here so that we can see exactly what is going on? make sure your chat box is open so we can see the rewards you got for killing something.
Seconding the screenshot request. OP, are you level-pacted? Do you have a documented degree of color-blindness? (In seriousness.)

When set in No Exp mode patrol xp looks like debt but based on the OP's words I would also believe it is due to a leveling pact as Dumple suggests.

Really, nearly any tweakage of the contrast settings or color controls on the monitor could muck up the OP's pov of the XP bar...but until we see a full screenshot including the chat interface with a defeat or two in it we won't be able to guess.
For all we know, the OP has exhausted his patrol XP (leaving a dark gap in the XP bar, and resulting in less XP per defeat).

Ok so i'v been playing the last two day with 2 xp bars dark purple, witch normally mean xp debt.. I haven't died once and when i right click the xp it says my debt is at zero. But i am only getting half the xp, like the other half is going to the debt that isent there. It's makeing it quite frustrating to lvl. if anyone can help that would b great.
