Sent e-mail to wrong address
All you can do is send an email to that address and ask that they send it back, since it was a mistake. Of course, if the account is inactive, nobody will get that email.
I think that if you send item mail to a global that doesn't exist, it's supposed to automatically bounce back to you, but I could be wrong.
You could also send a /petition in game or throught the website, but if they can do anything about it, which I doubt, the lowest level support probably can't, meaning that you'd have to wait for it to be escalated to a senior support rep.

No, seriously, I really feel for you. That really sucks. I'd email and ask for it back. I'd assume most people would be cool with that. But, as stated, if it's a dead account, or just a player who only comes in every few weeks, like weekend marketers, you might have to wait a while.
I don't know if a petition would do anything. But it doesn't cost you anything to try.
Oh man that sucks. I hope you get this resolved. I'd have to agree with the above posters. Try emailing the same address and asking for it back, explaining it was a mistake. Then I'd also follow that up with a petition asking for help from a GM. Good luck.

If it's an inactive account, the unclaimed email will be bounced back after 30 days. But yeah, I'd send another email asking if the item could be returned.
I finally got a purple recipe on my lvl 50 blaster. he couldn't use it so I wanted to send it to another 50 of minre. I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. Anyone know If or how i can get it back?
