I don't have this issue on red side I can solo and team with no problems. Only on blue and I can solo just fine on blue side. But when on a team eather in zone or in mission I crash some times randomly and always when starting combat. |
Damit on my internet that is going to take FOREVER. Ah well I'll give it a go.
Maybe I'll just cut/past it some where else that way I have a backup.

It's probably not a driver issue or a hardware issue. If it were either of those, the crash would be consistent across both sides of the game. Since the crash only happens when you access a particular side of the game..
It's got to be a software issue with software that affects that side of the game only. The only difference between the two sides of the game is in the textures and animations that they call forth.
Ergo, something inside your installed game has to be corrupted, is making a call that crashes the system, and it's something that the verifying all files isn't catching.
Now, you might be able to use the Windows Event Viewer to see what caused the crash: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\Event Viewer.lnk
However, Event Viewer tends to be lite on details and might not net anything useful.
I thank you for the help. However I try to keep my interaction with Vista to an absolute minimum I find its best for my head and my drywall. No I'll reinstall I just wish My COV cd's were still good then at least I wouldn't have to download so much because I'm under a download limit here.
