Is Perma Light Form Possible?

Is it possible to achieve perma Light Form on a Peacebringer? If not, what is the least amount of recharge anyone here has managed to get on Light Form without gimping the build?

I currently have 5 assorted RES/RCH IOs and 1 RES/RCH/END in it, (which may possibly be wasteful), and that has brought the recharge without Hasten active down to around 8 minutes and 12 seconds. Haven't timed it with Hasten running.

Even if it turns out that perma is not possible, I would still like to get the recharge down even further, because plain and simple, my PB looks just plain cool in Light Form with her shields going. In fact, she looks like a giant Blue Wisp Pet, and I would like to be able to have her looking that way more often than once every 8 minutes (or however long it takes with 3 slotted Hasten).

If the effect is less than 1/5 of teh recharge time, then its not possible to do perma

So since 3:00 would be 1/5 of 15:00, and the base recharge is 16:40, then I guess that means no perma.

Ah well, that isn't too important, I just want to get the recharge down as far as possible so she can be flying about as a Wisp more often. Perma isn't really needed for that.

Don't sweat it, neither electric armor nor invulnerable armor can go perma with their Tier 9 either.

Besides the constant power crash could be problematic.

At capped recharge (which is impossible to do by yourself, IIRC, unless maybe if you are Kinetics) you'll always have 20s downtime. Which would only be about 10% of a play cycle, if my math serves (percentages are not my strong point). Capped resists and insane recovery for 90% of the time isn't bad at all, if you ask me. But it's a lot of work, and would need teammates spamming you with AM or SB, or rotating/combining AB, on you to achieve. So long as you planned for the crash (which wouldn't be too bad given that all of those +recharge powers come with +recov, helping you get blue back fast, as well as those sets having at least one heal, helping with green) you could do it. But frankly, you wouldn't gain much. A team setup like that would devastate anything anyway, so being incredibly tough for 90% of the time isn't all that helpful.

Get a large mob nicely caught between you and a solid corner so everything doesn't KB out of range for the Force Feedback +rech IOs in Solar Flare and Luminous Detonation; cycle time ~6.34 seconds. 10% chance per foe...
Solar Flare : (1-(0.9^10)) = 65.13%
Luminous Detonation : (1-(0.9^16)) = 81.47%
Combined Uptime : ~86.23%
Recharge Contribution : 100 x 0.8623 x (5/6.34) = 68.00%

Total = 100 + 156.25 + 70 + 101.90 + 68.00 = 496.15%
Cap = 500%

So close.

Ok, so not impossible. But damn difficult, and not really worth the effort, lol. Good job with the math, though.

Back in my day! (Ok not quite) But back when forms like this and unstoppable were all able to be perma'd dealing with the crashes weren't too bad really. Just had to watch the powers recharge and be ready for it with some mitigation or inspirations.
