Sonic Secondary
More than likely, shriek-scream-repeat. Just shriek, even at the recharge cap, will still take .6s to recharge after it's done casting. Adding in scream will more than fill that gap while adding even more (and longer duration) -res.
I haven't done the big number crunching to confirm, though - the -resist stacking and the staggered durations makes it rather complicated. I'd guess that shriek-scream-repeat will still beat out shriek on auto, though.

This is what it means to be a tank!
alternating shriek and scream is definitely the best at that level of recharge.
I would agree, also throwing in an occasional Screech for the -res, as its animation is also quick at 1.5s.

I learned something new today. I thought recharge started as soon as the power was activated. I figured Shriek would be permanent.
Yeah, it was actually kind of disappointing for me when I found out that they didn't start recharging immediately. I can sort of understand why they did it though.
If through Adrenalin Boost, Accelerated Metabolism, Haste, and recharge reductions, you were getting around 400% recharge reduction. What would be the best attack sequence for Sonic? It appears to me that I should just put Shriek on auto and not use any other attack. I'm assuming the -res stacks from the same attack.
